Shipping
Shipping Policy: all shipping is done via DHL. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. We require a signature for all deliveries (You cannot Waive Signature Delivery), and we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. You can choose ground (usually 5-7 business days if the article is in stock. Please note that it may be longer; we cannot control DHL or Express ( which is usually 2-3 business days if the article is in stock). Please remember that DHL does not deliver on the weekend or federal holidays. If you order 2-day express it may take longer: 2-day express applies only to business days. We can also ship your purchase as a gift to another party. At the present time, we are only shipping to the continental US (50 states). Please note DHL makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and on the third attempt the package is returned to SAVAGERIPS. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive an online credit for the returned goods. *Please remember that you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from SAVAGERIPS for exchanges and/or edited orders. Please note that items may be out of stock and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory.
Returns
SAVAGERIPS prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 Days and we will provide you with a online store credit, less shipping costs. Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless SAVAGERIPS has sent the wrong size or item.
Please note all returns must be sent via UPS or registered mail as we need a signature. Items purchased in any of our retail accounts cannot be returned via the internet. Please note that refunds are not permitted.
All SALE ITEMS are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
